ASHLEY SAUL

Ashley maintains a general litigation practice and handles a variety of matters involving complex commercial disputes in state and federal court. In particular, Ashley has experience litigating commercial business disputes, including breach of contract, trade secrets and restrictive covenants, partnership disputes, fiduciary duty liability, fraud and other business torts. In this capacity, Ashley has successfully represented clients from the inception of the case through trial.
While earning her J.D. at University of Miami School of Law, Ashley was a summer associate for Saul Ewing LLP. She also was a judicial intern for the Honorable Marcia G. Cooke in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and for the Honorable Elizabeth Scherer for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. After graduating University of Miami Law School, she practiced at Saul Ewing LLP before joining MM&H in 2023.
