Boutique litigation law firm deepens bench as it nears two-year anniversary

MIAMI (Feb. 5, 2019) – Florida boutique litigation law firm Mark Migdal & Hayden (MM&H) is pleased to announce that Yaniv Adar has joined the team and will bring his extensive practice experience in complex commercial litigation. With the firm approaching the two-year anniversary since its founding, the addition of Adar is aligned with its plan for 2019 of deepening the bench with high-caliber, experienced talent and meeting growing demand for litigation services by a firm with a contemporary approach to law.
Previously, Adar was with Homer Bonner Jacobs, a Miami-based law firm, where he specialized in shareholder and partner disputes, consumer class actions, trade secret disputes, regulatory matters, real estate litigation, data breaches, and employment-related disputes. He also focused his practice on defense litigation concerning TCPA, FDCPA, and ADA matters.

Adar serves as Treasurer of the South Florida Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. He received his juris doctorate and master of public policy from the Duke University, and bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida.
