Construction
LITIGATOR(S):

George Bruer
After purchasing a mostly-occupied commercial building in 2013, Ownership intended to remove the exterior of the building and modernize it with a sleek, hurricane rated glass curtain wall. During this renovation, very quickly the construction devolved into what has been described as “war zone” – collapsing ceilings, mold, massive water leaks. MM&H obtained a significant recovery to repair the extensive water damage and reimburse Ownership for lost rent and loss of tenants.
