MM&H represented a member in four related cases involving a majority member (Frank DiMola) attempting to test the limits of Florida’s new Revised Limited Liability Act to freeze out Schulkins from a two-member Florida limited liability company. In October 2017 Schulkins and DiMola formed Heritage Health Advisors, LLC (“Heritage”). After Heritage began generating millions in revenue per month, DiMola decided to engage in a series of wrongful acts designed to bully Schulkins out of the company that he helped build. Four lawsuits followed.
