Our experience has taught us that attorneys are too reactive. Critical to each of our commercial litigation matters is a very early “deep dive” of the facts, the prevalent legal issues and the development of a discovery plan. For each case we follow a methodology, developed by MM&H, to lay out what we need to prove, how we need to prove it, how long it will take and how much it will cost the client. This plan serves as a roadmap as the case matures, evidence is collected and the theory of the case materializes. This type of active project management keeps us focused, proactive and productive.
