Our Process

Our experience has taught us that attorneys are too reactive. Critical to each of our commercial litigation matters is a very early “deep dive” of the facts, the prevalent legal issues and the development of a discovery plan. For each case we follow a methodology, developed by MM&H, to lay out what we need to prove, how we need to prove it, how long it will take and how much it will cost the client. While this plan is modified throughout the representation, it serves as a roadmap as the case matures, evidence is collected and the theory of the case materializes. This type of active project management keeps us focused, proactive and productive.
